Using Dymini

By using Dymini you agree to these terms. You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your sign-in details private. Children under 13 need a parent or teacher to set up their account, and users aged 13 to 15 need a parent or guardian’s consent.

Your content

You keep ownership of the tests, flashcards and other content you create. By setting content to Public you let Dymini display it to other people and let them practice it and, if you allow copying, copy it into their own library.

Only share content you have the right to share. Do not upload material that infringes someone else’s copyright.

Acceptable use

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. This applies to tests, comments, reviews, messages, voice in study rooms and profiles.

• No spam, scams or automated bulk posting.
• No harmful, hateful, sexual or illegal content, and nothing that harasses or endangers others, especially minors.
• No attempts to break, overload or get around the service or its limits.
• No sharing of other people’s personal information.

Moderation

There is no human review before public content appears; each person is responsible for what they publish, as with posting online. Automatic limits help reduce spam and harmful content. You can report content and users, and block anyone, from inside the app and the website. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms and restrict or remove the accounts responsible.

Free service

Dymini is free today. Paid plans will be introduced later; we will tell you before anything changes. The service is provided as is, without guarantees of availability, and may change over time. It is an early-stage project.

Ending use

You can stop using Dymini at any time and delete your account in your account settings, on the app or the website. If you need help, write to support@dymini.com.
